     Hi Jas,

     All trading is stressful! Lol.

     The first step is to determine that the moderator is actually trading and the track record is verified. Second step is finding something that actually fits into your time schedule. How many hours, and which time of the day can you commit to your trading? Once I know this, I will send you over a couple of recommendations.

       I am from ontario Canada I can do trade anytime 6am to 9pm est but I need somebody teach me and trade with me rightnow I am trading stock options but now I wantto trade future please if you know please let me know my email jssaddal@yahoo.com
