Summary
Anka Metcalf of Trade Out Loud claims that if you give her $4,995, she will quickly teach you to make $500 per day trading futures. The only problem is that she has absolutely no verifiable track record of ever trading successfully.
Is a very aggressive webinar promotor making outrageous claims of massive profits, an 87% win record, earning $300k+ per year day-trading, and teaching you “how to live the trader lifestyle.” Claims that you will be able to quit your day job and fulfill all of your financial dreams through her 30-day learning program.
Anka Metcalf was thoroughly uncooperative with TradingSchools.Org and made multiple lame excuses why she cannot verify her trading results.
A ridiculous charlatan looking to fleece the naive and the desperate. Avoid.
Thanks for reading today’s review of Trade Out Loud
What is Trade Out Loud? The company is a one-person trading educational company owned by Anka Metcalf. Trade Out Loud is offering a variety of trading products which include the following:
- $4,995 for a 30-day course which includes an e-book, an on-demand recording, and 30 days of trading signals.
- $199 per month futures trading signals delivered via text or private twitter feed.
- $199 per month swing trading signals which includes 2-5 weekly stock picks.
- $400 per hour for private coaching.
Anka Metcalf is very active on various social media channels. Trade Out Loud currently occupies the following social media profiles:
In addition to being active on social media, Anka Metcalf also purchases many promotional webinars through various promotional channels. These are companies that specifically market to retail traders in the form of paid promotional webinars. Anka pay’s a flat fee, and then the promotional company blasts out hundreds of thousands of emails to people who are looking to “earn money at home” or “looking to learn how to trade.” These companies have absolutely no vetting process and could care less if the product is real or fraudulent.

Some examples of these ‘shady’ companies include:
You may have noticed that the each of these companies is promoting a webinar that is tailor made to the newbie trader. The promotional video is specific, that Anka Metcalf will show you how to turn a $5k futures trading account into a $500 per day income. In fact, on her many promotional videos, she claims that nearly everyone that participates, within thirty days of her training…will be earning a 6-figure annual income.
Her promotional videos are replete with wonderful examples of how you can finally quit your day job and easily earn $500 per day. That you will no longer have to drive to work every day. That you will be able to buy a vacation home and live the lifestyle that you have always dreamed of.
Supposed performance claims of Anka Metcalf
Anka Metcalf makes some amazing performance claims about herself. She claims to be a full time, professional trader and former prop trader with a “big company.” But whom is this prop
company? We are left to guess. According to Finra.Org, Anka Metcalf has never been registered in any capacity with any regulatory body. She appears to have simply and mysteriously appeared on the internet as a professional trading coach sometime in 2012.
She also claims a truly amazing track record of “100% authentic trading results”. In a most recent webinar recorded by a TradingSchools.Org reader, Anka Metcalf claimed to have already earned hundreds of thousands of dollars in only the 1st quarter of 2017. When asked for an account statement of these results, she refused and created a ridiculous excuse that account statements could be easily photoshopped. That we could not trust actual statements from anyone because of photoshopping.
That we could not trust actual statements from anyone because of photoshopping.
In addition to the lame excuse of not being able to provide verifiable account statements, she also is making some extremely outrageous and downright fraudulent claims, including:
- Never had a losing year at trading.
- Claims to have a fully audited track record of 87% winners.
- Outrageous yearly trading results of $300k+ per year
Complaints from TradingSchools.Org readers
In the past two years, TradingSchools.Org has received 9 complaints about Anka Metcalf. The complaints range from mildly upset to EXTREMELY upset. The number one complaint regarding the stock trading signals service is that she will use a “soft stop” or a discretionary stop. In other words, at the end of the trading day, she would report winning trades, but there was no way to authenticate whether she was stopped out, or held a winning trade.
The biggest complaint of the futures signal service is that she uses multiple profit targets. So at the end of the trading day, if the market was a trend day, then she would report the highest possible profit per trade.
TradingSchools.Org has witnessed this sort of chicanery before. Where wins and losses are cleverly disguised and hard to pindown. The only way to verify the actual trading results are to authenticate actual trading account statements. And Anka Metcalf has absolutely no interest in showing actual trading account statements.
A tale of two emails
TradingSchools.Org sent Anka Metcalf an official request to review her trading service. We really wanted to know if her claims of earning $500 per day trading futures were real or grossly fraudulent misrepresentations? We wanted to verify the supposed amazing swing trading alerts that reported massive yearly profits of $300k+ per year. Unfortunately, Anka Metcalf refused to engage with TradingSchools.Org. However, we embed all of your emails with tracking links and we can confirm that she opened and read our requests to review multiple times, from a location in Boca Raton, Florida.
We also sent another email to Anka Metcalf. But this email was sent from one of our many ‘persona’ emails accounts. These are emails that we send to a trading vendor, where we act like an older retired gentleman and we are desperately seeking to learn how to trade. Where we play a game that we are a newbie and we really want to learn how to trade and that we desperately need to earn that $500 per day that she promises in her webinars. Anka Metcalf is more than willing to speak with a newbie, know-nothing person with money to send her. But the very moment you ask for proof of her supposed trading success…her demeanor quickly changes from friendly to downright slippery. Excuses galore! Explanations like, “read my reviews” or “account statements can be photoshopped.”
It’s all pure nonsense.
Wrapping things up
Anka Metcalf is a very good salesperson. She knows just enough to sound authoritative and believable. And this is where many fall into her trap. People that know very little are easily softened and pressed. They want so badly to believe that you can “Earn $500 Per Day With A $5K Trading Account.” They willfully suspend common sense in the obscure hope that they can finally quit their miserable job at the pencil sharpening factory for the dream lifestyle of being a professional day trader. For most, it is a dream that quickly turns into a nightmare.
Thanks for reading. And if you have had any experiences with Anka Metcalf at Trade Out Loud, then please leave a note below.
Just a lil bit more funny pic with this “guru”
She must have some Photoshop courses I suppose 🙂

Have been trading with Anka, fantastic moderator, non risky approach and has help me make money.
yeah. this bitch try to scam me too. thanks guys/gals for exposing her
I took the class in December 2016 – and I am in shock of what I read in here. The education she offers is unparalleled, she trades live in front with her students in the trading lab. In the Futures signal program ALL the trades are posted before they trigger (5 to 2 min before)- they all carry time stamps. In the first 2 months of trading I made the cost of the class trading 1 or 2 contracts vs staying in sim mode… Take a look at her calls from today – facts …. BTW – the class she offers is live with unlimited retakes, recordings, unlimited live personal coaching, etc ….not trying to convince anyone… just want to show you the real facts. JD (physician) – P. S. I don’t post reviews for anything but this was simply outrageous. BTW, while posting this review I am making money…how much money did you make this morning?
I feel you JDav. I too am in shock what I’ve read here.
“She claims to be a full time, professional trader and former prop trader with a “big company.” But whom is this prop company? We are left to guess. According to Finra.Org, Anka Metcalf has never been registered in any capacity with any regulatory body.” That’s shocking isn’t it?
I’m even more shocked by this: “she also is making some extremely outrageous and downright fraudulent claims, including: Never had a losing year at trading. Claims to have a fully audited track record of 87% winners. Outrageous yearly trading results of $300k+ per year” I’m shocked that anyone who makes this type of return won’t produce her trading statements to shut Emmett down – SHOCKING!!!!
But I continue to be shocked. “Anka Metcalf refused to engage with TradingSchools.Org. …. Anka Metcalf is more than willing to speak with a newbie, know-nothing person with money to send her.”
I guess that Emmett’s review is causing a little financial hardship for Anka and her fraudulent business venture. But why worry when she’s making 80%+ a year and in excess of 300K a year. I mean she is making that kind of money isn’t she? She could produce her trading statements to prove Emmett wrong for that matter you could produce yours.
Yep, the “profits” are usually actually from the monthly churning of dupes. Emmett has mentioned a few scam vendors tried to pass of fake tax return forms that show off supposed profits from trading when they were actually from the scam site churn of fees. Well JDav/Anka must be new to tradingschools. As usual the vendor or their shill come out and claim yet again this is such a sorry and mistaken review without realizing that the tradingschools readership has been long informed about most of the tricks these scamsters use by now. So what, with posting a few twitter calls supposedly profitable. Ross of WT does similar all the time, showing off a big winner trying to make the hubbub last for months in the advertising and spam email, while all the rest of the sim trades masquerading as real, are glossed over losers or expensive commission scratches that hapless dupes trying to following along with live accounts keep losing with.
“BTW, while posting this review I am making money”
Well, JDav being con artist Anka (I mean sweet Anka) cannot show any proof what so ever of her outrageous claims of profitability. Maybe you can show Emmett how you are making 6 figures a year with a $5,000 account with virtually never a loss as Anka claims. I mean seriously do you even read this blog to think people are going to let you make nonsense shill post without showing any proof of your claims.
Anyone willing to take a side bet on that happening.
I don’t get it. How did JDav make money? By posting some numbers on Twitter? Or was that StockTwits? Can I do it too? Let me try, let me try.
1 … 300 … 553 …
I’m on her twitter feed and she posted some ES trades in advance a while ago. Her trade got stopped out at -5 points (20 ticks) and she totally denied it saying it was a soft stop and only amateurs would take the stop. A bunch of people called her out on it. She is a total scammer.
Gee after this review she might have to move out of Boca Ratan and into the slums.
I hear that there are good paying jobs at the beach.
Now if this was what she taught in her course and said you can:
1) Start with a $500 account,
2) Make a $1000 a day,
3) Enjoy being out in the sun and at the beach all day,
4) Quit your crummy day job.
I might actually believe it.
I guess the old saying isn’t true, blonds don’t have more fun. The Stock Whisperer has a 93.6% winning ration and an annual return or 2181%. Poor Anka only had 78% of her trades profitable in 2014 and they returned a paltry 38% on her total portfolio. But outside of trading Anka is a keen traveler and enjoys nature and exotic beaches. (52trader dot com) so I guess there’s more to life than money for Anka. The ladies are certainly giving the guys a run for their money as far as telling balls out lies is concerned.
In order for her to live in Boca she must swindle good people out of there hard earned money, but she sacrifices her soul. I hope the sun and and wine are worth losing all self respect and any semblance of ethics she may have started with before her teaching ventures. I still believe in karma and she is coming for all of us.
” I still believe in karma and she is coming for all of us.” Is she bring more margaritas?
Yes margaritas in a chest apparatus. Now that is something I am willing to shell out some money for. LOL.
MikeM, have you seen the “Infinite Prosperity”-IP Ball 2015/2016 and “She can Trade”, and CTUFake! reviews? They’re a few more of the blonde-shamshow brigade. It’s a sorry case where Ms. Sangster sold out to the sham trade-ucation industry at such a young age. Good to see that tradingschools covers all of these scams in all gender, ethinic and international variations and does a good job showing they all have essentially the same rotten shamshow core.
dtchurn, I have seen the Infinite Prosperity you tube videos , and many other TS reviews. I honestly can say that I never knew it was this bad out there for trading education. It truly baffles me that people are so willing to scam regular people out of there financial well being or create an unrealistic reality. It is totally depressing reading these reviews because it tarnishes the whole idea of trading and the financial markets. I believe it is a black eye that real financial professionals are going to pay for with bad press.
It almost seems that these educators are going for shock value or pure entertainment while they trade SIM bucks. We might as well call it funny money like they use in strip clubs. It really shocks me that the some people worship these frauds as if they are the financial legends when they are almost all frauds. They have no reservations to sell a useless system that will eventually lead a new trader to financial ruin if they don’t stop before the damage is done. I cringe when I think the educator sells a useless DVD for a few hundred dollars, but the real disaster is when the new trader believes in the nonsense and creates financial misery. All that pain so some dirt bag can act like a big shot. A new one pops up everyday on twitter. When will the regulators take more action?
Mike,
I understand exactly where you are coming from as at one point in time I too was the fool. The TR that I got scammed out of the most (same one Emmett got scammed on) literally had posted years of trading results. At the time I could not even comprehend the results were all fake. He showed an amazing win rate but then when he actually took a trade in from of you he lost again and again. And when I started to ask real question he could not answer. It just became obvious it was all smoke and mirrors. But even after that I thought it was just that room and tried others until I finally realize all the TRs are smoke and mirrors. I saw TR operators brag about winning trades that were clearly losers. And when you questioned them I was blasted and the shills came out in force, with comments like, “What is Rob B smoking”. BTW that was an exact quote and I remember it because it got me so upset because I was pointing out clear facts about the trade showing the entry and exit and how in reality the trade was stopped out.
But even I had no idea just had bad this industry was until the Blog and to tell you truth I am 100% confident Emmett did not either. From his own posts he started this blog to try and find the real deals. He even at first tried to work with Lying Dean Handley. And Emmett was fooled himself so many times by the pump and dump scammers and others. The way Emmett reviews today is completely different then the way he started. I think he finally realized Sim results are just too easy to fake and finally demands the only proof that matters and that is actually brokerage statements of live trading. Even the few TR that have gotten good reviews suffer from the Emmett Curse.
Yet there are folks out there that still believe there is this other “Mysterious” TR out there micro scalping CL or ES with a $500 account making a fortune each day consistently.. Let me tell you in today’s market there is NOT. Period!! The whole industry is one big scam and why the regulators all this to continue is beyond me.
Until the regulators get serious and start locking these con artists away this industry will never change.
I was thinking about buying her program. I did talk she sounded like very nice person but it does not mean anything I want some real prove of her trades. She send me the email with the following LIVE CLASS
Course Book
On Demand Recording
Unlimited Live Retakes
30 Days where you get to follow all our trades
Trading Plans
Daily Market Videos before the day starts – so you will always be on the right side of the trade
Unlimited support throughout your learning process.
PS here are the trading results based on a $5,000 account CLICK HERE (full transparency, all trades)
She send a pdf file with this year results Jan she make 4,163.00 Feb 5035.00 March just 40 dollars I was thinking at-least she did not loose the money . April 4940.00 and as of May 12 she made 142 dollars. I was impressed being a newbie to day trading. After reading Emmet’s review I want to make sure the results she send me is real before I buy the program. Thanks for the reviews. You doing a fantastic JOB.
Riz
Hi Riz,
Send her nothing. Unless you receive actual brokerage statements that can be verified.
Yes, some of these vendors do create false brokerage statements. This is why I always call the broker on the phone to verify that they are real statements.
Sometimes we want to believe so badly that we are not willing to face the truth or ask the tough questions. Be strong.
Hi, Emmett,
Come on man you burst my bubble my fantasy to have all the money she promised me so I can volunteer my time
for a clinic that care for homeless people. Seriously you may have saved me lots heartaches and my hard earned money. I should know better I lost lots of money trusting my brother in-law to make long story short and we all heard this millions of time before that nobody cares about your money than you do. So I promise myself to learn as much as I can about the markets myself. I think I’m going to look at follow me trades and watch him trade that you gave good reviews. Do you know anything about the tradingprofit.com by Jeff Tompkins and Landsharkeducation. com. We all want to make money! So when someone offers you the opportunity to make a quick buck, our instinct is to jump. I will be strong and continue to learn all I can about the financial industry. More than 30 million consumers are defrauded every year. Please continue your work. It is so vital to have voice like yours in an Industry full of false prophets. Lets keep in touch.
Thanks
Riz
Your link does not work. I wanted to see if what she sent even looked like a Brokerage Statement or just an Excel Spreadsheet.
If she can make a 100% return a month, don’t you think she would be showing you and Emmett real proof so she could get a 5 star review. In fact that would make her the greatest trader in the world even beating out the Trading Competition Champions who risk 30% to win a competition where 99% blow up their account.
I would reply to her and ask, “I want to make sure these are your real live trading results not sim trading results.”
And if she sent you something even claiming it was real live trading results not hypothetical (which means fake in this industry) trading results, you should send all the information into the regulators to investigate. They have gone after a few for posting fake results and claiming them to be real. A Classic case of this was Open Range Trader.
The problem with hypothetical results in this industry is they are not even sim, but just completely fake results where they remove a few losers here and there. I have seen it again and again. A classic case of this was GTR and Mortgage Fraud Bob’s offshoot of GTR.
Lastly if you wish to ignore all the advice and want to believe you will make 100% return on your money a month, then join her and let us know how it goes when you try and trade her method with a live account. That is where the rubber hits the road.
Hi Rob,
I must admit after talking to her and looking her “performance record” I thought I may have found something great. I can volunteer my time for a clinic that care for homeless people. I’m a Physician Assistant. I was making all this plans and day dreaming how I can supplement my income and start volunteering my time. Now I have to double take on this whole industry and so called experts or Gurus. I really appreciate your comments and thanks for taking the time and responding. She suppose to call me tomorrow but I’m not going to enroll in her program unless she can verify and back up her statements with real brokerage account.
Thanks
Riz
I for one am dying to know what she says when you ask for actual brokerage statements. I remember back in the day when I just asked these con artist to show their DOM I was blasted.
I received an email from her stating that she is sending me the link to sign up for her program and also I can finance her course via pay pal or pay her in 3 installments. I said absolutely but before I do that I have some questions. So stay tuned. I will let you know if she call back and what would be her answer to showing me the actual brokerage statements.
Keep this up and Emmett might hire you an an undercover investigative reporter.
