Nonsense on an epic scale. Fakery of an unprecedented proportion. A scam artist to the core. Selling a fantasy world of yachts, sports cars, fast money, and naked women.

Cameron Fous Review
Today’s review I hold near and dear to my heart. I would like to introduce you to my neighbor, Cameron Fous. Yep, he lives right down the street, he is my neighbor, right here in San Diego Ca. This is a review that I have wanted to write for quite a long time. However I wanted to gather enough recorded evidence to make absolutely sure that the shit storm I was about to kick up would be recorded, bullet proof, documented and withstand a lawsuit. But before I reveal this charlatan to the trading community, lets talk about why I only recorded 20 hours instead of my normal 100 plus hours of recordings.
Normally it takes me about 40 hours of Camtasia screen recordings to figure out if a trading room moderator is really making trades, or just making trading room conversation. It became apparent to me, and quite quickly, that Cameron Fous is a complete and total fraud. In fact, he might even rival another well known trading fraudster that I recently reviewed, the magnificent carnival barker himself, Kavan Klein of Trade With Kavan. You can read about Kavan Klein here.
Cameron Fous has been able to parlay his supposedly authentic track record at Profit.ly into a very successful marketing machine. In addition to Profit.ly, Cameron has been able to gather over 40 positive reviews on Investimonials.com. Of course, gaming investimonials with fake reviews is only a matter of registering multiple user profiles from different IP addresses. Mutiple IP address purchases have also been used to build a multitude of fake reviews on sites like Investimonials, Google Reviews, and Yelp pages. But creating fake reviews on Investimonials, which of course is the sister site of Profit.ly, is really not the marketing brilliance of Cameron Fous. What he has really been able to market is a fantasy lifestyle. He creates expensive, production quality videos of himself driving through Pacific Beach in a Maserati sports car, gloating about his massive day trading success. He creates wild videos of young women nearly nude, partying on boats on Mission Bay, pictures of bundles of $100 dollar bills, the whole thing is pure nonsense that would only appeal to a boy full of hormones. Any real man, with any self respect, dignity or modesty feels wretched at watching Cameron dish out such chicanery. The following is one of Cameron Fous’s latest marketing fantasies…
In all honesty, I have to admire his marketing creativity. He does an excellent job of creating a fantasy world that would appeal to any male aged 13 to 33. The flaunting of money, nearly naked young women drinking and partying, sports cars, yachts, etc. He even created a very good video where he flew down to Costa Rica, rented a house, and the portrays himself as some sort of poolside trader, stating that he made $10k just laying by the pool. Pure marketing genius.
Another thing I find odd about Cameron is his odd hero worship of Jordan Belfort, “The Wolf Of Wall Street”. Of course, Jordan Belfort was a swindler and conman from the 1990’s, and even today, Jordan Belfort readily admits that he was never a good trader. In fact, he never made any money trading stocks. He made all of his money swindling retirees out of their life savings by selling them worthless penny stocks, that were marketed in high pressure boiler rooms. Whom would idolize a sociopath monster like Jordan Belfort, a man capable of wholesale and wanton fraud and corruption? This is comparable to Barack Obama idolizing Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy. It just makes no sense to me. But then again, it makes perfect sense. In a sick, Freudian sort of way.
Anyway, lets talk about the trading service that Cameron is selling. Step one, it is recommended that you purchase a “The Original Fous4” trading video that will teach you his trading secrets in 7.5 hours for a cost of $597. Next, when you are ready for more trading magic recipes, you should purchase the “Epic Sequel Fous4X2” which consists of yet another 7.5 hours at $597. He claims that with these videos you can easily earn up to $10,000 per day with his magic patterns secret sauce. But of course, this is not enough, you must also see the trading wizard in action in his live trading room, with a monthly cost of only $74.99. Oh, and by the way, once you pay $74.99 each and every month, you will then be considered a Hedge Fund Trader with access to trading firm capital. In other words, pay $74.99 and you do not even need to have a trading account, you get to access to free money that you can trade with! Amazing. Who would believe this nonsense?
What or who is Clique Fund LP? Well if you search archive.org, you will see that Clique Fund LP is a hastily thrown together webpage with absolutely no information about the company. Its contains about 200 words of nebulous soup. No address, no phone, no nothing to substantiate itself as a licensed New York Hedge Fund. If you are confused by this, you must understand that this marketing gimmick is only to keep the naive continuously paying $74.99 with the hopes of accessing trading funds through this supposed Securities Trading Hedge Fund. This bit of fraud is so egregious and outrageous that I have personally written a letter and hand delivered this fraud to the San Diego District Attorney, Bonnie Dumanis.
About the trading room…everyday there is a watch list of “Hot Stocks” and plenty of chatter. Plenty of incoherent wordplay about how this pattern is looking good in stock A and how big profit will be had once we get the awaited breakout. Cameron Fous is a great talker, a great salesman, an excellent play by play prognosticator. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no track record. When asked for a track record of trades, attendees are always show the amazing profits the were “verified” on Profit.ly. Of course, Profit.ly is a hotbed of fake trades, of which I have already proven in my previous posts titled, Profit.ly Review and Profit.ly Fake. I personally followed Cameron Fous’s fakery to the bitter end by requesting account statements from either Speed Trader, or a simple redacted tax return. Of course, no response. I feel that the only way to disgorge Mr. Fous of his trading records is to file a suit claiming fraud, and force a subpoena his trading records in court. Force him into legal deposition. Made him defend himself.
But of course, many reading this will truly want to believe that Mr. Fous is no charlatan. I will be attacked and threatened. And since Cameron lives in an apartment just a few blocks from my home, I am sure we will not be having many barbecues together. Once again, thanks for reading and buyer beware. Form your own opinions, do your own research, and do not lose hope that you can be a successful trader. There are some excellent educators out there, that are willing to teach you, that care about you and care about their reputation. Best of luck with your trading and please speak your mind below.
November 2022: SCAM ALERT. CAMERON FOUS VIP WOLF PACK ALERTS. Beware! Do not touch anything this guys is offering. He runs a Scam. You contact him on Telegram & he’ll ask you to pay him for his subscription services then say that your payment is “lost” & if you want to join his subscription services you’ll have to pay again. I showed him my payment as being “completed” & “successful” to his nominated USDT account but he still said I’d have to pay again, blaming it on his “bots crashing”. Ridiculous. The cowardly thing is once you’ve paid, he gets one of his female friends to correspond with you on Telegram, to clean up his mess. THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER. BEWARE!!!
The POS is back this time as a Crypto expert.
Well it’s a little late to the game in finding this review, but I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who was scammed by cameron fous. Fortunately he only got me for $600.
WITHOUT GOING INTO A HUGE AMOUNT OF DETAILS, THIS DUDE
DICKED AROUND ALOT OF PEOPLE WITH HIS $99 LIFETIME TRADING
ROOM ACCESS OFFER HE MADE IN SUMMER 2018 (AND BEYOND?). HE
CLAIMED HE WOULD PROVIDE LIVE DAILY TRADING VIDEO
BROADCASTS. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN. AND HE GOT A BRIGHT IDEA AT
SOME POINT TO OPEN A “PREMIUM CHANNEL” INSIDE THE DISCORD
CHATROOM TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY SOMETIME LIKE $50 PER MONTH TO
HAVE ACCESS TO THE LIVE DAILY TRADING VIDEOS. $99 LIFETIME
MEMBERS WERE SUPPOSED TO GET THAT AS PART OF WHAT THEY PAID
THE $99 FOR IT WAS THE FIRST THING ON THE SALES PAGE LIST
OF BENEFITS AND HE EVEN MENTIONED IT IN HIS SALES VIDEO
TOO!
THAT’S NOT THE WORST OF IT THOUGH. END OF MAY 2020, HE
CLOSES DOWN THE TRADING CHATROOM TO OPEN A NEW ONE SO THAT
HE CAN LEAVE ALL THE LIFETIME $99 MEMBERS BEHIND. IF THEY
WANT TO STILL BE A PART OF HIS SERVICES, THEY HAVE TO SIGN
UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE NOW. HE SAID HE AND HIS
TEAM WILL NOT BE HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE OLD
CHATROOM ANYMORE. IT’S JUST GOING TO BE ABANDONED. SO WE
WON’T BE GETTING ANYTHING FROM CAMERON FOUS AND IKNK
TRADING EVEN THOUGH WE PAID $99 IN SUMMER 2018 FOR A
LIFETIME CHATROOM MEMBERSHIP. I GUESS FOR FOUS, LIFETIME
MEANS HOWEVER LONG HE TAKES UNTIL HE DICKS YOU AROUND.
THIS DUDE HAS NO CLASS. HE DIDN’T EVEN OFFER A REFUND,
WHICH I AM SURE HE COULD AFFORD. SORRY TO ALL YOU COOL
MEMBERS THAT GOT DICKED AROUND BY THIS DUDE WITH TATOOS ON
HIS FOREARMS THAT DONT MEAN JACK SHIT. AND REGARDS TO HIS
TRADING TEAM WHO SEEMED REALLY COOL AND ALWAYS TRYING TO
HELP LIKE KID HUSTLE AND TRADER MIKE. THEY DIDN’T DICK US
AROUND, FOUS DID. IT WAS NICE OF HIM TO OFFER US A 60 DAY
FREE TRIAL TO HIS NEW CHATROOM BUT WE PAID HIM $99 FOR
LIFETIME ACCESS AND HE DIDN’T HONOR IT. DUDE HAS NO
INTEGRITY OR CLASS AT ALL. OR SENSE OF PERSONAL
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ALL THE PEOPLE HE SCREWED. ENUFF SAID.
WITH ALL OF THOSE BAD THINGS SAID THOUGH THE TRADING ROOM
ITSELF WAS REALLY AWESOME TO HAVE ACCESS TOO. AMAZING BUNCH
OF TRADERS IN THERE THAT WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY
TO EVERYONE. I CAN’T IMAGINE A BETTER PLACE TO BE. EXCEPT
FOR THE SCAMMING FOUS HANGING AROUND DOING DASTARDLY DEEDS
FROM TIME TO TIME…
Emmett Is the Man!
Thank you for making this website! You are the man Emmett!
Pros
Cons
Did you find this review helpful? Yes (2) No
They are not very honest. Watching The Fous4 tv is not that great as it seems. Seems like the Fous4 team cares only about them selfs, they enter a trade and alert you like 30sec later when its already too late to enter the trade, and their answer is its because they are competing with us (their students).
All of the things you learn in the corse is free online everywhere, its just worded differently by Fous4. If you google “technical analysis” you will find everything for free.
I was a pro member and i asked for cancelation and refund before the 14 day money back guarantee. I sent them dozens of emails and i would never get a response unless it was about something else thats not about cancelation. I feel like I got scammed. Fous4 is very good at marketing, but once u get in dont count on his team being honest with you. Still today I am trying to get in contact with them. BTW the contact number on there web site does not work, i called multiple times and nothing. Plus in the time being i found 2 more teachers like Fous4 that are better and cheeper. I would recommend to keep researching and dont settle for the best marketer
hi thanks for your very detailed review of this trader I was a little sus on his methods and how its so easy , I know trading isn’t all dollars like he makes out ,but I’m sure there are enough niave people out there will to listen to him
I need help! Fous4tradaing does not want to give me a refund! They keep giving excuses over and over again. I really want my money back!
How did you pay? Credit card? Then call the credit card company and dispute the charges.
I also havent been able to get refunded. I havent even gotten excuses. Had one email saying please give a detailed explanation why. And since then about 3 days ago. Nothing. From anyone
YES very entertaing his vlog, i watch them but im only a dirty old man. his girlfriend has a beautiful arse..ahh fantasy land mine will come but alas no beach babes needed.HE would do well selling fitness vids too.i purchased his courses 1/6 of price he sells them for.AND really nothing secretive about them.BUT entertaintment wise well done. FANTASY ISLAND here i come.
Fantasy Island…oh that brings back memories.
just got done subscribing to his premium service for a month and it WAS NOT worth 200$. I would understand maybe 50$ or 75$ but that just wasn’t worth it. He was rather inconsistent on the morning updates and live feeds, he should probable be less concerned with traveling the world and making youtube videos and much more focused on making the people that are paying him happy. Would not reccomend.
Wow, so much negativity in these posts and not much about which chat room/ mentor actually works. I’ve taken the Fous 4×2 training and it’s risk management strategies could be used very effectively for any trader starting out new. His breakout patterns that he teaches are just a replication of some of the most common strategies in the industry, it’s just that he has a better way of teaching them. I don’t give a shit about his lifestyle but I do know that his training videos have at least made me interested in this industry again. In this game you need all the advantages you can get so read the books, be consistent and don’t whine like a baby when a course doesn’t make you profitable, it’s your own damn fault!
FIRST OFF MOST OF YOU OBVIOUSLY DID NOT TAKE THE COURSE! YOU ARE JUST PISSED YOU CANT BE GREAT. THE ARTICLE ABOVE HAS NO PROOF THAT HE IS A CON MAN. WHY DOES HE HAVE TO SHOW YOU HIS FINANCIALS! IN HIS COURSE HE SAYS POINT BLANK JUST BECAUSE YOU PAID FOR THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL MAKE MASSIVE PROFITS. YOU CAN MAKE VERY GOOD MONEY WITH HIS KNOWLEGDE AND JUST BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE MAD THAT YOU DIDNT MAKE IT, YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUT OUT BS. HE CHANGED MY LIFE AND DID NOT JUST GIVE ME HOPE BUT MADE ME BELIEVE IN MYSELF AGAIN HIS COURSE IS NOT JUST ABOUT BEING A TRADER, BUT HAVING SELF CONTROL ITS ABOUT LIVING THE GOOD LIFE AND IF THATS NOT WORTH YOU GUYS ARE CHEAP DOUCHE BAGS ALMOST EVERYTHING COST MONEY! PROBABLY WHEN YOU WERE YOU YOUNG YOU NEEDED TO BE TOLD TO REMEMBER TO WIPE YOUR ASS AFTER TAKING A SHIT OR TOLD NOT TO DROP YOUR PANTS WHEN YOU TAKE A LEAK. SO BASICALLY YOUR A RETARD!!!!!!!!!!
Excellent comment! All caps. I’m feeling it.
There is room for everyone to have an opinion.
It’s hard to argue with such an intelligent, articulate and passionate response. I especially like the proof that you provided FU about all the profits you have earned because of the course. I feel suitably admonished and chastened and rather than helping to warn new traders about scams run by vendors who refuse to provide any proof that their product works I will now devote myself to more important task that you have identified

lol, at the latest video of Fous fakery, 14k week with all the accompanying shill youtube comments. at 10:55 in the video, I bet he had recently seen the “fous alerts” backside photo in tradingschool’s “Duomo Initiative” review.

Hey
I’ve recently stumbled across you’re review and it nearly ripped my apart as i just paid the fee for the fous4 academy.
I do believe i’ve learnt a lot from his courses but i don’t have any practical experience as i’m still waiting for my account at TDAmeritrade to open up.
I’m very curious of how i will be doing after i went into the markets.
If anyone is interested i can make an update of how i’m doing after i finished the academy.
I really hope you’re not completely right with your review emmett.
Cameron Fous…ugg. A fine purveyor of “Trader Porn.”
Opening an account with TD Ameritrade? The commissions are going to take whatever profits you earn. If you have an ID out of the United States, you should consider TradeZero. No commission on all limit orders. And if you are even considering day trading, then make sure you always use limit orders. If you dig through my website, I drafted a review of TradeZero, which contains a code for 6X leverage for small accounts. Of course, this is a shameless plug and TradeZero advertises on my site. But its a good company.
Thanks for your answer.
I mainly opend up the account on TD so i can get access to ThinkOrSwim with real time data.
I’m not sure of which broker to use. Fous recommends speedtrader.com. But thanks a lot for your recommondation. I will definately take a look at TradeZero. Sounds interressting!
I see I’m a little late to the conversation. But I recently stumbled upon the four website and his “system” thank god for torrents. It always seemed a little to good to be true. I’m very new to the trading world and I feel like there are many people like this. Like someone mentioned above Kuna? An Sykes. The only one I have seen that seems remotely credible is Warrior trading. But again I’m very New. So I’m going to take the next 6 months. Read more books. Do more research. But if anyone can maybe help point me in the right direction as to who to start researching. I would greatly appreciate it.
Check out the warrior trading review.. sorry too break it too you cody but you cant trust nobody in this trading game. Your pretty much on your own as trading is extremely difficult and you are competing against the smartest minds in world. Super quants who build fully automated black box algorithms that take all your money. These quants are employed by the biggest funds and banks in the world, such as goldman sachs and citadel securities. These mathmatecians are super geniusous who have phd’s from mit/ivy league and are nearly impossible too beat. Goodluck!
they cannot trade in the real arena that’s why they build automated programs.
The quants may have an edge on their funds, but it’s not as great as the pure hft frontrunners. When there was progress on the new exchange pool with “speedbumps”, the hft firm that made the most money over the past few years (over a billion dollars) protested the loudest.
“These mathmatecians are super geniusous who have phd’s from mit/ivy league and are nearly impossible too beat. ”
And when you look at their performance most can still not even beat the S&P. The ones that do, usually turns out they figured out how to front run orders or some other unscrupulous method.
fous the fake
Fous mostly trades penny or sub-penny stocks. Any people who trade penny stocks are scammers.
Always remember this very simple litmus test – if the person trying to sell you a trading course or any course where you think there’s easy money to be made, and that person shows you a picture of a flashy and very expensive car(s) – YOU’RE ABOUT TO BE SUCKERED.
No ifs and buts but you’re going to get suckered. Hopefully the worst that will happen is you’ll lose the cost of the course and not real money in the markets.
The markets are FUCKING LETHAL for those that don’t know 100% of what they’re doing and it can take even an intelligent person YEARS to make sense of the game and start to make profits, YEARS! But oh no, to these marketers they will tell you it can be done in 6 months, but first you must get your credit card out…
So does Marcus Douchebag show pictures of his cars and expensive lifestyle? Yes. Litmus test works again.
It’s not that simple if they’re showing off their wealth it’s a scam. If they’re wearing a suit and tie in a picture or not hooked up to a lie detector machine the probability for deception is high in this industry.
just want to thank you for this review. I wish I saw this earlier. I bought both of his videos courses about 6 months ago and got through one now the site doesn’t respond anymore and crashes when ever I try to load the videos. so I basically just handed him my 1200 for nothing since I am not getting any of the material that was promised. I have called every number under fousalerts, emailed them and even asked through social media but get no response. extremely aggravated with this and hope justice comes sooner than later to this man for scamming people out of there hard earned money and then boosting on social media about his new expensive watch or car.
email me at sendmestocks@gmail.com. I can help you with the video if you need it!
Confused! You must have used a credit card in which case you can claim the money back..?
Fous is a small and pathetic spinoff of the Tim Sykes fraudulent empire. He loses on trades daily and calls it good discipline. Once in a great while he’ll get lucky and then calls it experience. He a washed up wannabe and will never be anything more.
Hello Emmett,
Interesting article, thank you. I notice that Fous claims that Ellite members get a Live HD video of his trading, so these members can trade exactly at the same time of Fous. Can you verify this? I think this would increase transparency.
Regards,,
Are there any trading educators that you would recommend?
Can you please point to where he has mentioned “making millions” from trading, because now he is claiming $800,000 since 2011. I don’t ever recall hearing him mention having made millions.
Hi Ron,
Hope this finds you well.
If you would kindly let us know and enlighten us new traders about your new proven system, we’d truly appreciate it.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated, sir!
Wal
Emmett, your review has enough misspellings and grammatical errors to put you on par with the condemned, nice job. And you also resemble what you claim Fous to be: A marketing genius. But you, however, are a bully that expects people to acquiesce to your demands for information. Who are you again? And why should he/ we care? Oh yeah, were you going to give us any evidence of foul play? For such a verbose article, I couldn’t find once fact that makes him a fraud. I guess I need to have you subpoenaed to make you come forth with any evidence that Fous is ripping people off. You’re just being ignored. There are worse things, and do let us know if any of those happen, please.
Hi Joe,
Cameron Fous proclaims in multiple YouTube videos that he “has earned millions of dollars day trading stocks”. Perhaps I will subpoena him, and under deposition, make him prove his claims of millions of dollars in earnings from day trading stocks. I think that is a great idea! What do you think?
Fous wants us to believe that he is a million dollar trader, yet he provides no proof. What he is doing is called fraud. Specifically, this is mail and wire fraud. And everyday, when I wake up, the first thing I usually do is send an email to SEC, CFTC, NFA, US Postal Inspector, or the FBI. Hopefully, they will shut this guy down and refer this case to the FBI or state attorney for prosecution, which is exactly where it belongs.
Fous also receives commissions from stock trades by referring customers to an unregistered broker dealer. This is also a federal crime. Would you like for me to prove my claims? Shall we proceed further?
Would you like to watch private video’s of Fous making outrageous claims of million dollar earnings? If he cannot prove it, and benefits from it financially, its called fraud. Something I am familiar with.
Guys like you are easy prey for guys like me. Bring your subpeona you douche bag.
Emmett, if you want to complete the Fous puzzle then dig into Bulls on Wall Street. Kunal the ‘CEO’ is good friends with Fous and they’ve admittedly known each other for a long time, they promote each other and this clique fund relentlessly.
Fous smacks of a carnival showman from the get-go. I first heard of his putative market exploits from a well-intentioned but fairly amateurish site that covers some of the better known market gurus of which Fous is a prominent member. Curious of this stock wizard, I took it upon myself to glean some utility from his oft-mentioned FOUS4 DVD set. In a nutshell, the mediocre videos repackage four stalwart chart patterns as his very own ‘FOUS4’. How original of you, Cameron… Credit to the guy for having the gumption to charge several hundred greenbacks for recycled chart know-how.
On his site, the first & last time I perused it, he had lots of flashy imagery, as is related in the full review above. Babes, sports cars & beach parties. It can all be ours. If only we throw down guard & let Fous sheperd us to financial nirvana. A sensible fellow resists such hyperbole by asking himself, “How is it that a phenomally rich guru, who so thoroughly grasps the best of life, can find himself peddling market education to the faceless masses?” Upon reasoning the likely answer, the prudent man walks a B-line around the likes if Cameron Fous.
Fous’foolsalerts and white rented ferrari fratboy could probably been seen cruising for more youtube “pick-up-chick” prank videos.
Ron, please tell us the name of the profitable trading room you are using. At least give us a clue. Thanks
I followed Cameron Fous for around 6 months and all I can say is Emmett is spot on . Fous is not a trader. He throws money at “Fous4 Setups” only to sell for a loss and then explain to the room why he did what he did. Occasionally he will get lucky and hit a winner and then use that one score for weeks on end to pump his “system” on Twitter all the while losing on all the trades he’s making day to day until he hits another and starts to pump it again. I went from losing 500 to 1000 a week to consistently making 1500-3000 a week following another room. I’m not going to say who I’m currently with but please search around. There are much better people out there who truly care how you perform as a trader and not about your monthly subscription. Cameron’s “top trader” who he is always talking about is a guy who has been trading since 1997 who admits has never even seen Fous’ DVD’s because he has his own style, yet fous pumps this guy up claiming he’s profitable because of him. He is a complete joke.
As for his Hedge Fund??? RUN!!! It is a complete ripoff. He will pump and pump how much better the fund is for new traders. He claims the only way to win is with cheap commissions which the fund is advertised to have $0.0027 per share commission rates which WOULD be awesome if that was the truth. Not only do you pay the $0.0027 per share but another two fees that make each share cost another $0.0013 so your average per share cost is $0.004 to $0.0042. Another cost that is conveniently left out of every pump tweet is the daily software fees. $11 a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Yes $330 a month just to use their software. The minimum to join is $2500 which $500 is taken off the top right away for filings and paperwork. Funny, this is also left out of the all the advertising Cameron pumps about how great of a product he has. I made a huge mistake in joining in with this clown and had I found this review it would’ve saved me a lot of time and stress. Lesson learned. I am profitable now thanks to an actual proven system.
Could you please share which chat room you are with now? Please ☺️
I’ve never responded to anything like this but try TC at winningstockpix.com room. Room is unbelievable. The guy posts all his alerts live for everyone in the room well before before the trade entry, so everyone in the room can enter. Never seen anything like him. Been in the room for over a year and I can literally count losing days on one hand and they were small. Seriously, I’ve never seen anything like him. Low key pretty laid back guy and a small room and he’s doesn’t sell trading books or classes. Just trades makes everyone money and leaves. Kind of refreshing.
You failed to mention the room is sold for a $150/monthly churn fee, shill.
Now let me think about this for a moment …
John,
This is my assessment of your complete BS advertisement post.
I have to say, theprofitroom a fairly new room, very similar. They just trade and call it a day after maybe 2 trades. Unbelievable , but I am happy, for I trade less and make more with their concept.
I have watched the videos. Cameron s trading percentages, that is wins vs.losses are on par with most “trading gurus” out there. Everyone knows that there is more money in going into business and reaching potentially tense of thousands of people as opposed to sitting in front of a computer screen all day. The only question is if Cameron can keep the passion to remain a success ful trader while running a hugely successful business. He has to keep the desire that got him into teaching others and that is to be a better than average trader. They all go into business, grittiani and Sykes as well. He is not a fraud whatsoever even though I do appreciate people like Mr.Moore who, even though they are not perfect, have undoubtedly saved a lot of people from potential financial ruin. Keep up the good work!
Fous is fake and you will run into the same sites over and over. Thanks emmet for making it easier to find true honest teachers amongs the many fakes.
I love this review. Had me laughing for a while. The crazy thing, I really liked Cameron Fous’ pitch is so fun and convincing. I want to go against my own instincts and subscribe because I liked what I was seeing. Maybe it was all the girls and lifestyle. But thankfully Emmitt broke it down, and I saved myself from a disaster.
It should be noted that Cameron Fous has long been dismissed from profit.ly due to his lack of transparency and his altering his trades on the site to avoid showing his losses. You can’t even buy his DVD’s from the site anymore
Is this the Cameron Fous from Dimension Trader?
I’m a trader and been in the marketing business, I can tell you, this guy is a fraud. Have the SEC look into his track record.
Emmett,
Fous Alerts is nothing more then a genius in Marketing and nothing else. I completely agree with every opinion you said about this.
My main question and I think that still needs to be investigated is Clique Fund LP Hedge fund. I have been back and forth with the idea of wanting to join the fund it all sounded so good, the only thing that was not letting me go forward with the plan was the fact that I had to purchase one of Fous Alerts programs, and I was not interested in that. I notice that this Hedge fund is also with two other web sites I found like
The Lincoln List – http://thelincolnlist.com/free-webinar-trading-with-clique-fund/
Bulls On Wall st – https://www.facebook.com/CliqueFundLP?fref=ts
So I know that Peter Zhang seems to be the main spokes person for this Hedge Fund and he talk about how Haim Bodek Build this new none chart HFT platform from scratch that should be fast execution. All sounds great and believable they had me on there side and wanting to join, but the only thing that I dont understand that makes me question this is these guys are part of the a group called Sang Lucci – http://www.sanglucci.com/products/ … These guys are geniuses they know everything about options and seem to know what they are talking about, the only thing I find wired is that they do not promote there own Clique Fund Lp on the web site at all. But they do on these other MLM none traders….hmmm wired right ?
it makes me think they are using the info from these sucker site to join and go against the crowd and take each one out. The one thing i have found is people that join the firm but have had the accounts blown out, they dont blame anybody but them selfs , but I have yet to find some one that is still with the firm making money . but yea just makes me question …
I feel sorry for all of those young people getting duped by this guy. I used to follow him on Twitter but had to stop. The stocks he alerts his followers to are crap with no real volume. Not that hes doing it, but hyping up crap is normally a sign that the Guru is front running a stock to sell into the sheep. When someone is continually hyping up a stock that’s moved .02 cents within the last hour, you have to wonder what their real intentions are..
Thanks for writing this review!
You should probably know that Clique Fund is not Cameron’s. It’s part of Bulls On Wall Street. Cameron just offers a discount to his live stream if you are a trader for the e fund
Personally , if a room operator’s hobby was serial killing It wouldn’t put me off the room: all I need are honest, useful calls. Still the background always makes for interesting reading.
I am sure if Fous provides bonafide trading statements from his brokers that would merit a rereview?
Regarding Fous, i would like nothing more than to be made to look like an idiot. If he trades, and is wiling to verify, this would be awesome. The only problem is that I went through hell and back in an attempt to get Fous to verify. Fous knows this review exists, and he knows how to make it go away. All he has to do is come clean about his personal trading performance.
Hey Robert,

Sour grapes. There’s so much hate in this whole review. Not to mention lack of facts, like the hedge fund, you obviously don’t know how it works, if you think all you have to do is pay 75 bucks and have access to unlimited capital?! You’re the one spreading outrageous lies. There’s much more to it than a simple monthly fee. Peter zhang, the manager of clique fund, is known, even took part in a Wall Street documentary. Fous has been offering his knowledge for almost a long time, and has not once ever claimed it was easy. If you actually watch his FREE videos he discusses the discipline and effort it takes to be a successful trader. I’m appalled at this review.
Hi Ron, and thanks for the comment. I really do appreciate it. Even if we do not agree, your opinion is welcome.
There a several things that really upset me about Fous, the least of which would be the lack of transparency with his own trading. The two things that bother me most are that he cheapens the profession with outrageously misleading marketing, the objectification of women and the disdain for higher education. I think I can speak for most fathers when I say that I was horrified, when during one of Fous videos he tears a college degree from a wall and stomps on it. Does he have any idea how hard parents work to put their children through college? And how would any parent feel if their daughter were anywhere near this guy?
Regarding Clique Fund, I know EVERYONE within the Prop arena, and nobody knows anything about his company.
Emmett you seem to have a lot of very personal and emotional feelings that bleed through your words and I question your motivations.
Fous has been a successful trader for TEN YEARS! Insert Game of Thrones meme “One does not simply get rich from marketing”
Fous’s trades are very precise so I don’t know what you were looking at during your non transparent “test”. Fous has hundreds of members and a very positive chatroom. You run a a very obscure website where you write biased reviews.
Fous should reach out to me and ask for another review. I would be more than happy to write a glowing review, but he needs some transparency. I have written some really nasty reviews about several companies, the legit companies always reach out to me and ask for a new review, with new information, and I always oblige. The hustlers ignore me. Some of these guys shut down their website, only to have a new website with phony names and addresses appearing a month later.
Fous is my neighbor. I live 300 yards away from his apartment. Unfortunately, he has not contacted me. Perhaps you can convince him to meet me?
*1 year later*
Emmett, I have spent almost a month reading and studying what Fous propose and I am still not fully convinced, mainly because of the “Living la Vida Loca” marketing approach.
Unfortunately the lack of historical information that is denied and both matters that you stated as outrageous (higher studies mocking and easy money / whores love the Benjamin’s!) is not enough to refute his “technics” or “teachings”. I do understand your statements and will proceed with caution.
Btw, thank God for Torrents.
Let’s be honest. There is an extreme lack of documentation for this fund. The website doesn’t even work. As far a Peter Zhang, did you watch the documentary he was in? I have multiple times. Bottom line is that Haim Bodek’s firm blew out due to his obliviousness to certain order types (he’s not stupid, just overlooked something). Peter Zhang together with some others (including Haim) began a new hedge fund which does algorithmic trading. You need to look at the fact that Peter is not an important figure in the trading world. There are many, many hedge funds that start every year. The documentary you mentioned had a specific comment about this, noting that in the end, Bodek’s firm blew up, and therefore that’s the bottom line. As far a Zhang, he did apparently start a hedge fund, but that fund is not Clique. More importantly, when former traders turn to selling trading education, that tells you where their trading success is currently at. Here is a link to the documentary:

He is a piece of shit a true marketing flake
